Installing Facebook Taffic Pop is really easy!
The 'wait' timer can be set for the number of minuets between the pop up showing. For example lets say John visits your page and Traffic Pop fires and he does not click like. Instead he closes the popup or waits for the timer to run out. He will now get x number of minuets before the popup will appear again.
Alternatively you can set the wait timer to 0 to make the popup always show on every page load until the user likes the page.
I get a lot of questions from people asking what URLs you can use. You can literally use any URL you want as long as its valid and returns a valid 200 header. This includes blog pages, search results, Facebook Fan Page URLs, pretty much everything.
There is also a OpenGraph meta tag generator for you to use from the options panel that will allow you to generate the require O.G. meta tags needed to customize your pages appearance in the Facebook users' streams.
