Earlier this month it was reported that 20,000 U.S. M-16 rifles as well as 15,000 rounds of 9mm ammo were stolen from a Interior Ministry warehouse in Kuwait. There were conveniently no guards on duty when the rifles were stolen. Any takers on where those rifles will end up? My guess is Syria.

  1. Thanks for reporting. I would highly doubt they have to report such stuff missing if they’re destined for Syria. The Shiite fraction of the Kuwait army may be preparing for a coup to balance loss of syria & tense the front on Saudi. Iraq would welcome such a move. The whole ME is a shifting sand mess.
