WTF Mythbusters? While I’m sure it’s an honest mistake by the production crew, it’s still a pretty big oversight. I actually enjoy watching Mythbusters because of their love for shooting stuff. Don’t let this happen again Mythbusters crew!
Remember this episode?
I gave up on Mythbusters when they said it was impossible to make a jetpack
They were probably afraid to fire their .45. In another episode they showed the specs of their .45.
at 1900 fps and 2000 ft lbs of energy, that’s one helluva .45ACP.

When you watch the episode, it is originally a USP Tactical, but changes for the test. They have stated before when errors like this turn up that they shoot a hell of alot more footage than makes it into the episode, so would imagine that more calibers were actually tested but was edited incorrectly.
Ummm, look at the caption it says “45 caliber unsuppressed” when it’s clearly a .22lr pistol.
WTF??? There is no story here. Nothing says what myth they busted and why they were wrong. No link to episode, nothing. Waste of time.
