Before firing a gun at the range be sure to check that the gun is in good working order and that the barrel has no obstructions, if you don’t your firearm may go kaboom. That’s exactly what happened to an unlucky US Airforce Airmen during qualification. A CalGuns.net forum member posted the images above, a cleaning patch was supposedly to blame for the M-16’s malfunction.
