Iraqi SWAT Team Frankengun

It’s not uncommon to see odd weapons in third world countries where military, police forces and sometimes civilians or militias have had to create their weapons with what they had at hand. Former Ranger Jack Murphy over at Kitup worked with a member of  the Iraqi of the SWAT team who put together this Frankengun. If you look closely you’ll see the hodgepodge of guns used to make this contraption.

It looks like the rifle was based off of an AK-47 receiver and makes use of a PKM barrel, Browning Hi-Power pistol grip and a cheap BB gun scope. A standard AK wasn’t good enough apparently.
