The great gun and ammo panic of 2020 (now going into 2021) is probably going to go down as one of the worst shortages in history. Because of the current climate and talk of increased gun control, rifles, pistols, mags and ammo are pretty darn hard to come by these days, and if you do find em get ready to pay a premium.
Because of the lack of ammo available my range time has gone down significantly, which means less practice and a hold on some reviews we had in the pipeline. I’m sure you’re all as frustrated as we are. To help our readers try to find ammo online we’ve compiled this list of retailers that sell ammunition. Many of them are out of stock on most popular calibers, but many of them are constantly getting new shipments of ammo in-stock all the time. Just check back every so often or sign-up for email notifications for the particular product you’re looking for (if their shopping cart has that feature) and be ready to checkout quick when they are in-stock.
Below are sites that sell ammo online that I’ve personally used and can vouch for: Cabelas.com, PatriotOutfittersGuns.com, Natchezss.com, OpticsPlanet.com, Botach.com, Brownells.com, Gorillaammo.com, Gunmagwarehouse.com, Palmettostatearmory.com, Rainierarms.com, Sportsmansguide.com, Sportsmans.com

I went through them all, and other than PD ammo there is almost no 9mm available. What is available is going to nearly $1 a round. Lots of price gouging going on it seems, CTD is not the only company doing it.
